Yoga

For me, yoga is more than a personal discipline; it is a way to integrate mindfulness and transformation into every aspect of my life, work, and relationships. Through yoga, I have found clarity and focus, learning to embrace the present moment while cultivating a positive and balanced outlook.
My journey began with Barbara Hicks (Iyengar Yoga) and continued with esteemed teachers such as Elena Voyce (Hatha Yoga), Jaqui Wan (Acroyoga), Jesse Saunders (Acroyoga), and Kym Suttle (Hatha Yoga). Along the way, I explored Ashtanga, Power, and Vinyasa Yoga, deepening my understanding and refining my teaching approach.
Today, as a Yoga Alliance UK-registered Senior Yoga Instructor, I have specialised in Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Sound Bath, Meditation, and Prenatal Yoga, working with individuals and groups at all levels. I have led sessions for organisations such as the Financial Conduct Authority, Sweaty Betty-Cabot Place, KPMG, J.P. Morgan, and Virgin Active-Canary Riverside.
I earned my Yoga Alliance UK 200-hour teacher training certification through Teach Yoga in 2009 and have since expanded my expertise. In addition to yoga instruction, I am an Elite Personal Yoga Trainer at Third Space-Canary Wharf and provide complementary services such as Pop Pilates, Sound Bath Therapy, Thai Massage, Reformer Pilates, and Pranayama. With certifications as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, I aim to guide others in achieving balance, harmony, and well-being through personalised fitness and dietary strategies.
