Fallen Angel (Devaduuta Panna Asana): This is a beautiful inversion/twist/arm balance… It important to warm up the arms. Four limbed staff pose (chaturanga) would be a great pose as it works the arms, core and legs. Then warm up your body with some simple twists, followed by crow pose (bakasana) to work on the arm balance.
